To promote creativity, innovation, productivity and excellence in human pursuit and carry out various spheres of human activity relevant for educational, technological, physical, agricultural, environmental, moral and cultural advancement and welfare of the people such as public service and administration, social services, religious and moral uplift, business and industrial management, education, science and technology, medicine, sport, literature, music, drama and other arts, in any way or by any means whatsoever.

To organize, run, undertake and implement suitable projects and programs collages, educational institutions, hospitals, dispensaries, orphanages, old age homes, and like other works irrespective of cast, creed or community from the point of view of establishing or takeover of the same.

To undertake organized and facilitate study groups, seminars and conferences with the participation therein of experts and persons knowledgeable in various fields in order to evolve plan and program of practical action in the field of human and social activity and also all other activities mentioned herein.

To undertake construction of buildings to be put to use for the benefit of general public.

To organize, undertake and implement suitable projects and programs and to extend donations in cash and kind, like food, cloth and medicines for natural and national calcmities including war, etc. for the benefit of general public at the time of need.

To award scholarships of different types to deserving students and supplying books, periodicals and magazines to students.

To publish periodicals, journals, paper books etc.

To disseminate knowledge and information about such plans and program with a view of securing public participation in and support thereto.

To organize and undertake projects and program of specific research for the extension of knowledge in the fields of management, social sciences, accounts natural or applied sciences, national & international.

To distribute awards amongst individuals, institutions or organizations for excellence in their fields of work and also to distribute prizes, scholarships, stipends, etc. for achievement and giving recognition for creativity. innovation, productivity of excellence.

To do any other act or thing, which is ancillary to the achievement of any of the above, stated objects.

All the income, earnings, movable and immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects as set forth in the Memorandum of Association, and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus profits, or in any manner whatsoever to the present or past members of the Society or to any person claiming through anyone or more of the present or past members. No member of the Society shall have any claim on any movable or immovable properties of the Society or make any profit, whatsoever, by virtue of his/her membership.
